I live in Houston and purchased 8 tickets in early Sept. I have to leave for Austin first thing in the morning...if they don't arrive today, I am sol. ZZTOP---shame, shame. Your fans deserve better than this. They have had my order and my money for a month and a half!
Just checked the "Support" system again and one of my requests has been deleted without reply. WHAT? While I realize they are probably not directly involved, this reflects poorly on ZZ Top. A high class band should be able to attract the services of an equally classy ticket handler.
ZZ Top: Check out TicketMaster. You probably will pay more but it will be done right and with class which keep fans coming back again and again.
Sent two support requests (#56024 09/29/2011 & #57262 10/11/2011) without receiving anything more than an automated acknowledgement of reciept at the time they were sent, and I bought $395.00 VIP packages. Even a "Get Lost, We Have Your Money So We Don't Care" would have at least been honest. Creating a "Support" system and then just ignoring it wreaks of poor business etiquette bordering on unethical. I have been a ZZ Top fans for years and cannot believe they are associated with this poor of an operation.
I hope this show is great because it will probably be my last ZZ Top event as long as they remain associated with this group.
I tried to call again and got ground(ctrl) automated message telling me to call back between the hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm (PST) - which it is! I have tried more than 10 times so I don't even think there is an intention of this being used as a communication tool. No reply from the web support.
Running out of ideas.
Ordered tickets on Sept 6 and still do not have them...I would like some help...any suggestions?
Still no response. ground(ctrl) charged my credit card $278 for tickets. I get no response from the web support or phone number. I am starting to think this is a scam.
Ordered tickets two weeks ago and have still not received them. No response from the web support (ID#58023), phone number does not allow me to speak to a person.
