Where do I call for customer service?

Hi - I bought 2 tickets for the Alpharetta, GA show coming up this Sunday at the Verizon Ampatheatre. Supposedly they were shipped 2 weeks ago - buty no tickets. Who can I contact to help? I've got all the order # info on them.
