Been playin ZZ tunes since Francene first hit back in 72. BFG makes it sound so fluid and natural, but its not really. His technique is clever and devilish and hard to emulate. Its too bad some of the tastiest sounding stuff is multi-tracked, but he seems to pull it off without too much trouble live, wish it was that easy for me. Now, not to ignore Dusty and Frank, without those two hombres there would be no ZZ... and lastly... don't forget to boogie!
I am an old school guy for sure but this Meet and Greet thing is something new to me. I know lots of act put on these things now but back in my day, unless you were a selected groupie or the drug dealer, you didn't meet anyone.
